Wanted: Clutter clearer
Your Mind is 65% Cluttered
Your mind is quite cluttered. And like most clutter, it’s a bunch of crap you don’t need. Try writing down your worst problems and fears. And then put them out of your mind for a while.
All this stuff from work and what not’s has sometimes got my mind into overdrive. And yes, sometimes it affects my sleep to a certain point. So it is not good at all, and if I keep at it, I just might need some miracle wrinkle cream. I certainly do not want that.
