Small Steps
I was so pleased to be awakened by J, who was up early last Sunday morning because he said he was going out for a morning walk. Let’s admit it, none of us is getting any younger (and exercise is not a regular part of our lives). We admittedly have developed a bit of gut, which we are both not delighted with. I have (sort of) gone back to doing occasional aerobics in my spare time. J on the other hand said that he wanted to know how to lose belly fat fast. I am no guru but I have suggested for him to take less carbs in his diet, plus engage in more regular physical activity. Hence, the early morning walk last Sunday. I have yet to see this happen again though. It seems that we cannot really expect much during weekdays because of work. But then again, we should be making time for it! I guess for now we are taking just small steps. I suppose that is better than nothing at all. Making a lifestyle change is certainly very difficult!
