Stuffing up

I stuffed up at work today. The thing with dealing with clients is you need to be one step ahead in the game and not falter. Otherwise they might get really disappointed at you and you may not get any new referrals because of that. So yes, I faltered and I carried that bad feeling of disappointment for the rest of the day. I guess if what I did was taped through video surveillance equipment, and it was played to me over and over again, I would never be able to forgive myself. I know I am not perfect because we are humans after all. But I do tend to beat myself up whenever I do a boo-boo. And it didn’t help that our server wasn’t working and we couldn’t print our documents in the office because of it. So yeah, talk about having a bad start to my work week. I hope things start getting better tomorrow.
