My 10 Favorite Time Wasters
1. Surfing the net – this includes bloghopping, checking out for opps, and checking on my emails.
2. Watching TV – pretty effective especially if you’ve got cable TV
3. Reading a book or gossip magazine
4. Go window shopping (and maybe a little shopping as well
)
5. Exercise! – this is like hitting two birds with one stone. You get pretty occupied plus you lose all that unwanted kilos on the ellipticals
6. Playing video games – one of my favorites especially if you’re playing The Sims 2 or a puzzle game like Zuma or Super Collapse. ![]()
7. Calling a girlfriend – having a nice long chat with one of my besties works all the time! ![]()
8. Sleep! – if you’ve got nothing better to do, then catching a few zzz’s would be great.
9. Going to the salon – get the works — manicure, pedicure, haircut, hot oil treatment, foot spa, etc, etc
10. Gardening – it’s also therapeutic!

Sometimes, when I have nothing to do, I like to watch out of the window… Not spying anybody, just watching the sky and the horizon
Ok, sometimes I watch the windows of other people which I see from my window
somehow I really like to just sit back and watch the world go by
I agree, gardening is the greatest thing. I love soil on my hands. Especially if it is full of nutrition for plants and not only dirt.

I am a big fan of time wasting, to the point where I had my husband hide my sims cd so that I wouldn’t spend half the day playing around with fake people… so I quickly replaced that habit with crocheting instead, maybe when he takes away my hooks I’ll take your advice and take up gardening!
