Invitation LO’s

Since the paid posting arena is quiet these days, I thought I’d finally start doing some layouts for Erin’s birthday invitation. It is something I have been planning to do, which also led me to join the Pinay Digiscrappers Forum to get some advice and tips. I also went to out to shop for my first kit online, which luckily was on sale.

I thought I was going to have a really tough time as before but surprisingly, the basic digiscrapping techniques of layering turned out to be fairly easy. In one day, I was able to come up with 4 LO’s! I guess I was also feeling creative then. Anyway, here’s the first LO that I was satisfied with.

The day after, I did another one. This one though took me an entire afternoon to finish. But I am liking this one more. J does too.

So, what do you guys think?

Using Photoshop can be quite mind-boggling for amateurs like me. I wish there was an easier way to digiscrap so I can produce more layouts. Maybe somebody can invent a software that does a particular technique with just one click of a button (much like what a handy Swiss Army does). That will be the day!

Wow Leah, you look like a pro na and to think these are your first few LOs — are you sure?? ganda kasi mare eh. if you want more samples for either your digital or traditional scrapbooking, hop on to http://www.twopeasinabucket.com marami kang pwedeng gawing inspiration… congrats sa iyong works, scraobooking can be addicting also pero very fulfilling.. try the traditional rin… i find ebay as one of the best source of material rin… check my scrapbooking works (na inaamag na ata ngayon hahaha) http://community.webshots.com/user/jigi_scrappin
