Chore Catch-up

It’s the weekend but I decided to just stay at home. We’ve been out of the house almost every day this past week, mostly spending our time in the malls (read: shopping galore). I feel like I need to give the mall-hopping a rest and also attend to the chores here at home. J is going back to work on Monday so I can’t rely much on him next week.

There is a big basket of clothes that I need to iron today so I requested J just to rent some DVDs at the nearby video shop. Ironing clothes can be such a boring task so the movies will hopefully keep me company while I try to finish my chores. Now all I need are one of those HDMI switches so I don’t have to go back and forth from TV to ironing board just to watch the DVDs.
