You Don’t Know Jack
For trivia/video game buffs like me, I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy this new site I discovered from Via’s blog. Nakakaaliw!
I won’t be posting how much I scored the first time because it was very pathetic. Clue na lang, it was a negative five digit number. LOL! Hey, I didn’t say I was a genius.
Head on over to You Don’t Know Jack and get your daily dose of Dis or Dat.
Don’t forget to come back and tell me how much you scored alright?

Breastfeeding Incentive
This is just what I needed. It arrived in my inbox at a time when breastfeeding Erin was becoming such a frustration. If you need an extra incentive to breastfeed your bub, then read on.
Breastfeeding may protect against breast cancer
By Deena BeasleyBreastfeeding may offer broad protection against breast cancer that extends to women who delay having children, according to a study released on Monday.
Previous studies have shown that giving birth before age 25 and having many children protects against certain types of breast cancers, while delayed childbirth is associated with a higher risk of breast cancer.
The most important finding of the new study is that breastfeeding seems to lower the risk of developing breast cancer that comes from having children later in life, said Dr. Giske Ursin, associate professor of preventive medicine at the University of Southern California medical school and the study’s lead author.

Captured Culture: An Interpretative Portrait of Parañaque City
Better late than never… Congratulations to my brother-in-law E and his wife R for finally coming out with their first ever coffee table book Captured Culture: An Interpretative Portrait of Parañaque City. It’s filled with an assortment of photos of the city that is Paranaque. Why Paranaque you say? It’s because both of our families have resided in this city for decades and what better place to feature than the one you call home.

We’re looking forward to more of their published books in the future. But I don’t think that’s anytime soon. They’re expecting their little one any moment now. I hear R is due to deliver by end of May. This time it’s a boy! Erin’s going to be an ate already at two months. Cool!
