Pasta Night
It was pasta night last night because J was requesting me to cook Rachael Ray’s vodka cream pasta we saw the other day in the Oprah Winfrey Show. And because silly me didn’t jot down the ingredients as we were watching, I just had to rely on my memory to recreate it in our kitchen. It didn’t quite look the same as it was on the show. But it still turned out to be yummy (sans the salt)! Ask J.
I served the pasta with pan-grilled tuna fillet in olive oil and garlic and some garlic bread.
Now, did that just make your mouth water or what?
